What is your return policy?
You can request a return for unopened products delivered within the last 30 days. Products must be returned to 1st Supplements to receive your refund. When you contact us to start your return, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and a unique RMA number. Please write this RMA number on the outside of your return package before shipping it back to us.
Refunds are issued when products are received at the warehouse and are applied to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless Fullscript or the courier is at fault.
Returns may be refused from customers suspected of abusing this policy.
When will you ship my order?
1st Supplements ships fast! When we receive your order we will ship it within 2 business days.
Shipping is Free on US orders over $50.
We work hard to prevent any backorders. However, occasionally back orders do occur. We will do our best to make sure back orders are filled as quickly as possible. We will notifythe customer if a back order happens and will provide updates as to when the item willship.
Do you ship internationally?
Orders can only be shipped to addresses within the US.
In addition to shipping within the continental US, the following territories and states are also accepted shipping destinations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico (All patient orders shipping to Puerto Rico will arrive in 10-13 business days.)
We’re unable to ship to a P.O. Box when shipping to any of the above destinations.
The delivery estimate for our standard shipping option is 10-13 business days when shipping to the locations above.

Please be sure to include your order number, if possible. Please be sure that your return meets the Return Policy Requirements.
